　　All basic people’s courts and all district branches of Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau,

　　In order to further optimize Guangzhou’s registering property assessment indicators, further press ahead with government transparency and judicial publicity, improve the normalization, standardization and transparency of trial of land dispute cases and help achieve tangible results in Guangzhou’s reform of business environment, we hereby give the notice as follows regarding relevant work on the disclosure of trial information of land dispute cases of the city:

　　I. Further strengthen the city court system information disclosure on land dispute case trials according to law

　　Guangzhou Municipal Intermediate People’s Court shall summarize and update the data and trial situation of the city’s land dispute cases of trial of first instance on a quarterly basis, and shall make them public by setting up a column of “Statistics of Land Dispute Cases” at the “Judicial Data Public Service Center” section of “Guangzhou Trial Network”.

　　II. Strengthen the sharing and exchange of land dispute cases information according to law between the city’s administrative departments in natural resources and the people’s court

　　The column of “Statistics of Land Dispute Cases” of Guangzhou Municipal Intermediate People’s Court shall be linked to the “Immovable Property Registration” column at the “Business Environment Optimization” section of website of “Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau (Guangzhou Municipal Oceanic Bureau)”, so as to disclose synchronously to the public the data and trial situation of the city’s land dispute cases of trial of first instance, and to achieve accessibility of the data and trial information.
